室式加热炉是机务段鍛工車間不可缺少的設备,1957午我們参照外国图紙設计0.72m~2和0.48m~2两套炉子。全国有近十个段,相继施了工,都反映炉溫不高(設計是1300℃,实际只达900℃),冒烟严重,工人不得不用旧式炉子代替,严重影响了鍛件的质量。呼西机务段从1961年做了2台炉子后,扯皮了三年,交不出去,工人說:“这是个三不了(完不了、交不了、用不了)的工程。現場屡次电文催我們去,設计負責人答复說:“外国奸用,你們为什么不好用…”,“我忙得很,沒空…”。沒空是假,心中无数,缺乏設計必須負責到底的思想是实。就这样一推二拖三不管,問題老是解决不了。 設計革命开展后,广大設計人員政治思想觉悟有了显著提高,認識到三脫离的严重性和危害性,下定决心要把这个“三不了”的工程变成“三了”工程。我們遵
The chamber furnace is an indispensable equipment for the forging workshop of the depot. In 1957, we designed two sets of furnaces with 0.72m~2 and 0.48m~2 according to foreign drawings.
