本文通过常规分析方法、生物痕量分析技术及酶活性检测等手段对茶园喷施稀土后的一些生理生化指标进行了分析。结果表明 ,喷施稀土可明显提高叶绿素的含量 ,有利于光合作用 ;增强了谷氨酸脱氢酶 ( GDH)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)、过氧化物酶 ( POD)及肽酶 ( PTD)等酶活性 ;提高了茶叶水浸出物含量 ,品质得分高于对照 ;有利于细胞膜的稳定 ,增强了茶树的抗性 ;另外 ,喷施稀土后茶梢中IAA、 GA等含量明显提高 ,这也是稀土对茶叶产量及品质影响的原因之一。
In this paper, some physiological and biochemical indexes of rare earth in tea plantations were analyzed by routine analysis, bio-trace analysis and enzyme activity testing. The results showed that the application of rare earth can significantly increase the chlorophyll content, is conducive to photosynthesis; enhanced glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and peptidase (PTD ) And other enzyme activity; increased tea water extract content, quality score higher than the control; is conducive to cell membrane stability, enhanced resistance of tea trees; In addition, spraying the tea shoots IAA, GA and other content was significantly increased, which It is also one of the reasons why rare earth affects tea yield and quality.
