在 Langendorff 大鼠离体心脏灌流模型上,辅酶 Q_(10)(CoQ_(10))10mg/kg 缺氧灌流明显增强心肌组织对缺氧的耐受,减轻心肌缺氧—复氧损伤、抑制心肌脂质过氧化物的产生,降低心肌组织蛋白的漏出。结果提示 CoQ_(10)对防治心肌再灌注损伤是有益的。
