在制造和修理船舶中,主轴承、连杆轴承、滑板及活塞等零件的质量直接影响机器性能。如巴氏合金铸造质量不好,不仅降低机器的使用寿命,而且还会因更换轴承而影响船舶的营运性能。所以必须提高巴氏合金的铸造质量,应着重解决脱壳、偏析及气孔问题。一、脱壳脱壳是指巴氏合金与轴瓦粘合不良。一般轴瓦本体的材料为铜合金、10号铜或铸铁。前两种材料与巴氏合金的粘合较好;但铸铁由于含有大量游离碳(石墨),与巴氏合金不易粘合,特别是旧的铸铁轴瓦,更难粘好。要改善这种不利情况,可采取以下措施:
