本试验采用人工干旱盆栽试验的方法,对柏木和露丝柏的生长和生理生化进行了研究。结果表明:在土壤干旱条件下,两个树种皆表现出生长受抑、叶相对含水量和硝酸还原酶活性下降、酸性磷酸脂酶活性增加等趋势。但二者在变化程度上又具有明显差异。在相同的土壤干旱条件下,柏木较露丝柏保持较多的水分,并且前者的水分下降速度较后者慢;柏木苗的高生长和地径生长的受抑程度较露丝柏低;柏木的酸性磷酸脂酶活性的增加和硝酸还原酶活性的下降皆小于露丝柏;干早七十天后,露丝柏死亡率高达85%,而柏木仅为15%。可见柏木对水分胁迫的敏感性较露丝柏弱、抗旱性较露丝柏强。
In this experiment, the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of cypress wood and cypress wood were studied by artificial drought pot experiment.
