The Donghai Pinghu Oil and Gas Field Life Module Project, constructed by Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., was officially launched on July 24, 1997. The Pinghu Oil and Gas Field in the East China Sea is one of the ten key projects in the Ninth Five-Year Plan of Shanghai Municipality. The project consists of China National Offshore Oil Corporation Since its introduction in 1994, it has invested more than 5 billion yuan in design preparation work since 1994.
