1973—1975年,研究了冬小麦米罗诺夫808、哈尔科夫63和无芒1号,不同品质的种子发芽势和实验室发芽率。其目的是为找出收获期、茎层、种子在植株上和小穗上的部位、种粒大小度及其损伤、植株倒伏、无机营养状况等因素与发芽势和发芽率之关系。按标准规定的章程进行催芽。取样种子用手分匀。设4次重复。于种子敷放后三天鉴定发芽势,第七天鉴定实验室发芽率。
In 1973-1975, the germination potential and laboratory germination rate of wheat with different qualities were studied in Milonov 808, Kharkiv 63 and Wumian 1.
