蛟河县森林资源曾遭受日伪时期的掠夺性采伐,建国以来尽管我们采取了一系列的经营措施,但是由于社会消耗得不到有效控制,致使林分状况不能得到根本的改善。林相残破,林分质量低劣。如何根据资源的变化趋势,采取相应的对策,以尽快的速度恢复和发展森林资源,是当前营林工作的首要任务。下面根据我局两次二类调查的结果,结合实地考察,谈几点看法。
