当人们欢庆着1958年所取得的伟大胜利,满怀信心迎接着更大跃进的1959年的时候,我们北京大学文工团演出的话剧《时代的芳香》,更增添了人们的欢乐。袭人的芳香从台上飘送下来,直沁到观众的心里。《时代的芳香》从剧本到演出,都是比较成功的。首先,剧本的主题是非常有意义的,它热情地歌颂了党的教育为无产阶级的政治服务,教育与生产劳动相结合的方针的伟大胜利,迅速而又真实地反映了我们学校时生活,在一定程度上表现了我校师生员工在科学研究大跃进中的新的精神面貌。
