采用无籽西瓜胚培技术,增强无籽西瓜的繁殖系数,并通过嫁接栽培方法,提高了无籽西瓜的抗病性,从而获得抗病、高产品质优良的效果。克服了无籽西瓜栽培中的“三低”问题。我所于1985年接受省农科院下达的“无籽西瓜快速繁殖及嫁接栽培技术研究课题。经两年的室内外试验研究,成功的获得组培植株,并通过嫁接栽培,取得了明显的增产抗病效果。
