振动型设备对于材料传送十分有效,在工业中得到广泛应用.振动送料机在装配机和自动工作母机上用得很多,振动传送带则是另一个典型实例,冲压机零件和落料往往也是振动着的向下倾斜的滑槽收集的.振动传送设备的主要缺点是噪声级高达103~106dB(A).通过加装隔声罩对这类设备降噪并不合适,那样做不但费用大,而且维修和操作十分不便.本文对这类设备噪声发生的机理作了细仔的理论分析,提出了一系列降噪设计措施,并进行了试验验证,获得20~25dB(A)降噪量,结果证明这类设备在提高性能的同时,噪声指标达到L_(eQ)=80dB(A)是完全可能的.
