1 Introduction The Scientific Citation Index (SCI) is primarily a tool to trace information. Researchers can find out whether one of the articles is cited in other publications and the author can find supportive or controversial insights from a related topic and make a more accurate and fair literature review. Citation analysis is an objective measure of the quality of a document. The number of citations or citation scores cited in a document can indicate its relevance to the relevant scientific community
