目的 了解广东省各类食品中李斯特菌污染的状况。方法 2 0 0 3年采集深圳、番禺、湛江、澄海、韶关五个地区的 9类食品共 4 30份 ,采用国家标准检测方法 (GB4 789 30 - 1990 ) ,并参照2 0 0 3年全国食源性致病菌检测工作手册检测李斯特菌。结果 检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌 17株 ,英诺克李斯特菌 1株 ,总阳性检出率为 4 19% (18/430 )。不同类型食品中非定型包装熟肉污染情况最严重 ,阳性检出率为 12 5 0 %。结论 广东省食品中存在李斯特菌污染 ,应加强相关的食品卫生监督管理。
Objective To understand the status of Listeria contamination in various kinds of food in Guangdong Province. Methods In 2003, a total of 4 30 samples of 9 kinds of foods were collected from five districts of Shenzhen, Panyu, Zhanjiang, Chenghai and Shaoguan. The national standard test method (GB4789 30-1990) was adopted and the national food Detection of Listeria monocytogenes by a source-specific pathogen testing manual. Results 17 strains of Listeria monocytogenes and 1 strain of Listeria innoxa were detected. The total positive detection rate was 4 19% (18/430). Different types of food in non-stereotypes packaging cooked meat contamination the most serious, the positive detection rate of 125.0%. Conclusion There is Listeria contamination in food in Guangdong Province, and related food hygiene supervision and management should be strengthened.
