为解决将钢板圆筒仓应用于稻壳储存时易产生的出料结拱问题,将钢板圆筒仓的锥形仓底设计成10锥斗、10出料口的形式。在建立各锥斗实体模型的基础上,采用壳单元建立各锥斗的有限元模型,确定相应的边界条件对其进行应力分析。结果表明:各锥斗的最大等效应力均小于所用材料的许用应力,说明各锥斗强度足够,且设计的锥形仓底结构是合理的。
In order to solve the problem that the steel silo is easy to discharge when it is used for storing rice husk, the conical silo bottom of the steel cylinder is designed into the form of 10 cone hoppers and 10 discharge ports. Based on the establishment of each cone model, the shell element was used to establish the finite element model of each cone, and the corresponding boundary conditions were determined for stress analysis. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of each cone is smaller than the allowable stress of the materials used, which indicates that the strength of each cone is sufficient and the conical bottom design is reasonable.
