设计了适用于粮堆储藏的反重力热管,解决了现有热管无法满足热源在上、冷却在下的散热方式的不足。以试验的方法,将反重力热管插入粮堆,研究了单根反重力热管对小麦堆垂直方向和水平方向温度分布影响的特性。研究结果表明,反重力热管对小麦粮堆1.6 m范围的温度分布影响较大,有热管的粮仓下层温度略有上升,上层温度能降低10℃左右。
The anti-gravity heat pipe which is suitable for grain storage is designed, which solves the problem that the existing heat pipe can not meet the requirement of the heat source and the cooling method under the heat pipe. In the experimental method, the antipyretic heat pipe was inserted into the grain pallets and the effect of the single antipyretic heat pipe on the vertical and horizontal temperature distributions of the wheat heap was studied. The results show that the anti-gravity heat pipe has a great influence on the temperature distribution in the 1.6 m range of wheat grain piles. The temperature in the lower part of the granary with the heat pipe slightly increases and the temperature in the upper layer can be reduced by about 10 ° C.
