采用化学共沉淀法可将未漂红麻纤维用于抄造磁性纸。这种方法是将纳米磁性粒子沉淀和填入红麻纤维细胞腔内。纳米磁性粒子的填充度取决于搅拌的剧烈程度和沉降的温度,而生产出的磁性纸的热稳定性则主要取决于温度。留着在纤维表面的磁性粒子对磁性纸的强度有不利影响。磁性纸的矫顽力取决于沉降产生的磁性粒子的种类。
Uncoated kenaf fibers can be used to make magnetic paper by chemical coprecipitation. In this method, nano-magnetic particles are precipitated and filled into the kenaf cell cavity. The filling degree of nano-magnetic particles depends on the intensity of agitation and the temperature of sedimentation, while the thermal stability of the produced magnetic paper depends mainly on the temperature. Magnetic particles retained on the surface of the fiber adversely affect the strength of the magnetic paper. The coercive force of the magnetic paper depends on the kind of magnetic particles produced by the sedimentation.
