我院1995年～1998年共收治AMI42例，追踪观察共死亡8例，其中5例ST段持续抬高，现将5例报告如下：1临床资料本组5例中男3例，女2例。年龄52岁～74岁，平均年龄62．2岁。均符合WHO的诊断标准。其中1例合并糖尿病及高血压病。4例为广泛前壁心肌梗塞，1例为前间壁心肌梗塞。发病后
