目的:总结急性重症胰腺炎(ASP)术后空肠营养的使用体会。方法:ASP58例,分为营养组(30例)和补液组(28例),两组患者术后恢复情况进行比较、分析。结果:营养组术后血清白蛋白、RBC恢复较快;患者平均住院时间:营养组62.4d,补液组73.2d;术后并发症:营养组10例,补液组18例(P<0.05);病死率营养组16.7%(5例),补液组32.1%(9例)(P>0.05)。结论:ASP术后空肠营养是一种安全、经济、有效的治疗方法,是减少术后并发症和病死率重要措施之一。
Objective: To summarize the experience of jejunal nutrition after acute severe pancreatitis (ASP). Methods: Fifty-eight cases of ASP were divided into nutritional group (n = 30) and rehydration group (n = 28). The postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The serum albumin and RBC recovered faster in the nutrition group. The average length of hospital stay was 62.4 days in the nutrition group and 73.2 days in the rehydration group. The postoperative complications were: nutrition group (n = 10) and fluid replacement group (n = 18) .05). The fatality rate was 16.7% (5 cases) in nutrition group and 32.1% (9 cases) in rehydration group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Jejunal nutrition after ASP is a safe, economical and effective treatment and is one of the important measures to reduce postoperative complications and mortality.
