目的了解二期早发梅毒患者Th1/Th2和Tc1/Tc2平衡的变化。
Objective To understand the changes of Th1 / Th2 and Tc1 / Tc2 balance in patients with second-trimester syphilis. Methods T cell subsets of Th and Tc in 30 cases of second-stage syphilis and 20 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry. Results The ratio of CD3 +, CD4 +, NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + of syphilis patients were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.001). There was no significant difference between the CD8 + and CD19 + cells and the control group (P> 0.05). Th1 cells and Th1 / Th2 and Tc1 / Tc2 ratios in syphilis patients were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001-0.01), but Tc0 and Tc2 cells were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.001). Conclusion There are cellular immune dysfunction in patients with secondary syphilis, but no significant changes in humoral immune function. The polarization of Th and Tc cell subsets to Th2 and Tc2 cells and their associated cytokines may be related to incomplete clearance of Treponema pallidum and chronic infection.
