目的了解妇科门诊患者不同年龄段HPV感染率、亚型分布特征,为防治HPV感染提供数据支持。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2015年7月来本院妇科门诊就诊的5 634例患者HPV-DNA检测数据。用Excel 2007和SPSS17.0软件建立数据库并进行统计分析,HPV感染率比较采用统计学χ2检验。结果 HPV-DNA阳性率为30.76%,高危型感染率为25.12%,低危型感染率为2.89%,单一亚型感染率为21.76%,多重感染率为9.00%;HPV感染率最高的亚型为HPV52型(7.29%),以单一感染和双重感染为主;不同年龄组患者HPV感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.624,P<0.05)。结论妇科门诊患者HPV感染率处于较高水平,HPV感染率最高的亚型为HPV52。不同年龄患者HPV感染率不同,>25岁患者感染HPV风险有随年龄增长而增加的趋势;高危亚型、单一亚型及多重感染的感染率存在年龄差异,且高危亚型感染构成比较高。
Objective To understand the prevalence of HPV infection and subtypes in different age groups in gynecology outpatients and provide data support for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection. Methods The data of HPV-DNA in 5 634 patients who came to our gynecological clinic from January 2012 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Using Excel 2007 and SPSS17.0 software to establish a database and statistical analysis, HPV infection rates were compared using statistical χ2 test. Results The positive rate of HPV-DNA was 30.76%, the high-risk infection rate was 25.12%, the low-risk infection rate was 2.89%, the single subtype infection rate was 21.76% and the multiple infection rate was 9.00% HPV type (7.29%), with a single infection and double infection; HPV infection rates in different age groups were statistically significant (χ2 = 28.624, P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection in gynecology outpatients is at a high level, and the HPV subtype with the highest HPV infection rate is HPV52. HPV infection rates vary among patients of different ages. The risk of HPV infection in patients> 25 years old tends to increase with age. The infection rates of high-risk subtypes, single subtypes and multiple infections are different in age, and the infection in high-risk subtypes is relatively high.
