新时期下的建筑材料的革新在不断改变着传统的建筑方式,在以生态、绿色、环保的理念为基础的建筑设计材料应运而生,新型住宅建筑不但体现在材料的创新更是一种全新的设计理念的突破,现在所倡导的生态住宅主要强化绿色环保、节约能源、坚持以人为主本的生态建筑理念。在倡导绿色建筑中大力发展新型材料的运用和节能减排的新型设计概念,本文中以新型材料的发展与应用为主,重点分析新材料的生产工艺与制造理念,本文以外墙、门窗、屋内等部分的转型变化,形成新材料在生态住宅建筑中的合理应用,把新材料与新生态住宅建设相结合,为现代建筑开展新型材料的应用做铺垫。
