伴随着高校的不断发展,高校图书馆逐渐向信息化、数字化、网络化发展,培养一支高素质的图书管理队伍对提高图书馆整体工作效率和服务质量的作用日益凸显。本文就新形势下如何合理搭配馆员的知识结构、强化文化素养、提高综合素质、提升思想境界和道德水准进行探讨,以期提升新时期高校图书管理效能。
With the continuous development of colleges and universities, university libraries gradually develop into informationization, digitization and network. The cultivation of a high-quality library management team has played an increasingly prominent role in improving the overall work efficiency and service quality of libraries. This article discusses how to reasonably match the knowledge structure of librarians, strengthen cultural accomplishment, improve overall quality, enhance ideological realm and moral standard under the new situation, in order to improve the efficiency of library management in colleges and universities in the new era.
