金属压型板是用辊压冷弯成型方法把金属薄板压制成不同波形的一种新颖的建筑材料,它可提高金属板材的刚度和承载能力。自一九七七年开始从国外引进以来,已陆续应用于建筑物的屋面、墙板,其与H型钢、T形钢和高强螺栓连接相配合,可以实现高度建筑工业化。采用金属压型板作围护结构,其单板长度可达数米,横向搭接缝可大大减少,平立面布置比较灵活,已成为一种创造富有表现力的建筑外貌、分段造型的手段。在立面构图中最适宜用作玻璃窗的竖向构件构成竖向条带,并在墙体上可以任意镶嵌门窗,因此立面造型美观大方。由于其自重轻,相应地减少了整个承重结构的负荷,可以实现建筑轻型化。这种板材的色泽鲜艳,适用浓厚多色的渲染手法有助于创造富有特色的工业建筑外貌,使建筑造型轮廓清晰、色彩鲜明,改变了传统建筑色调单一、立面凝重的外观。压型板材所具有的轻巧、雅致、特殊的表面特征和色调,赋予建筑师借助立面和空间造型比较容易获得工业厂房和建筑群体的鲜明的特色和表现力,以探索更完美的建筑风格和现代建筑特征。金属压型板在我国尚处于初始阶段,对其材质、涂料、板型选择、结构计算、构造处理、建筑热工和零配件等一系列问题,都有待深入研究、改进和提高。今天建筑业面临的任务是给人们提供最适应劳动和生活的条件,创造出舒适的、美感的、令人愉悦的工业企业。这种完全现代化的企业正是我们今天奋斗的目标。
