目的探讨低频电刺激对人宫颈癌SiHa细胞的影响。方法对处于生长对数期宫颈癌SiHa细胞,根据低频电刺激强度分为20mA、40mA和60mA及对照组,刺激时间30mins,采用CCK-8增殖试验检测细胞的增殖能力。采用Transwell小室进行人工重组基底膜侵袭和转移试验,检测细胞侵袭和转移能力。结果不同低频电刺激后,四组4、24、48、72h细胞增殖力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Transwell小室试验显示,不同低频电刺激后,四组细胞侵袭转移力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低频电刺激对人宫颈癌SiHa细胞的增殖和侵袭转移能力无明显影响,但尚需进一步研究证实。
Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency electrical stimulation on human cervical carcinoma SiHa cells. Methods The proliferation of SiHa cells in logarithmic phase of cervical cancer was divided into 20mA, 40mA and 60mA according to the intensity of low frequency electrical stimulation and the stimulation time was 30mins. The proliferation of SiHa cells was detected by CCK-8 proliferation assay. Transwell chambers were used for invasion and metastasis of the basilar membrane by artificial recombination to detect cell invasion and metastasis. Results After different low-frequency electrical stimulation, the proliferation of 4, 24, 48 and 72h cells in four groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Transwell chamber test showed that there was no significant difference in invasion and metastasis between the four groups after different low-frequency electrical stimulation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency electrical stimulation has no obvious effect on the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of human cervical cancer SiHa cells, but further study is needed to confirm.
