9月4日,省企业家和企业管理协会根据省政府专题会议纪要[2002]31号的精神,牵头联合省工商总会、青年企业家协会、女企业家协会等九家企业家组织,在福州成立了福建省协调劳劫关系三方会议企业与雇主协调小组,并召开第一次协调小组会议,通过了协调小组工作制度和协调小组组成人员名单。省协调劳动关系三方会议企业和雇主协调小组成立后,将更加广泛地代表企业和雇主参与全省协调劳动关系三方会议工作,并通过定期或不定期召开协调小组会议的形式,及时通报、交流各行业劳资关系情况,研究、分析我省经济发展政策对劳动关系的影响,特别是对企业和雇主的影响;学习贯彻落实《劳动法》、《工会法》,积极推进集体合同劳动合同制度,维护劳动关系
