1997年1月～1998年1月我院共收治了612例慢性咽炎患者,随机分为2组,分别用中西医结合治疗方法和单纯西药治疗方法给予治疗,现将我们治疗慢性咽炎患者的临床观察和治疗结果报告如下:1 临床资料612例慢性咽炎均为门诊病例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组(结合组)及西医治疗组(西医组)。结合组302例,其中单纯性咽炎144例,肥厚性咽炎80例,萎缩性咽炎78例,年龄17～64岁,男女比为3∶1。西医组310例,其中单纯性咽炎148例,肥厚性咽炎68例,萎缩性咽炎94例,年龄20～78岁,男女比为7∶3。所有病例均排除了鼻、喉、颈部疾患及精神因素病患,符合有关诊断标准。

All cases were ruled out the nose, throat, neck and mental illness patients, in line with the diagnostic criteria.
