慢性肺原性心脏病随着年龄增长患病率增高,病死率较高,严重威胁着老年人的健康。我院近10年来,采用中西医结合疗法治疗肺心病急性发作41例,效果满意,现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 全部患者均符合1977年全国第二次肺心病专业会议制定的诊断标准。共80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组41例中,男性23例,女性18例;年龄58岁～81岁;病程10年～25年;心衰Ⅰ°18例,Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°23例,呼吸衰竭8例。对照组39例中,男性24例,女性15例;年龄59岁～78
