病毒性心肌炎的治疗问题,现代医学迄今仍未得到有效解决。我院以益气养阴、活血化瘀法为主,应用中药及若干制剂治疗本病,取得较好的临床疗效。为验证临床疗效及筛选有效的方药和剂型,在中国医学科学院首都儿研所的协助下,重点观察了心复康分解剂型对柯萨奇B_(3m)病毒感染BALB/C乳鼠心肌细胞的保护作用,现将实验结果总结如下:
With regard to the treatment of viral myocarditis, modern medicine has not yet been effectively solved. In our hospital, we mainly provide methods for replenishing qi and nourishing yin, and promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm. Traditional Chinese medicine and certain preparations are used to treat the disease and good clinical efficacy is achieved. In order to verify clinical efficacy and screen effective prescriptions and dosage forms, with the assistance of Capital Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, we focused on the observation that Xinfukang decomposing dosage forms infected BALB/C neonatal rat cardiomyocytes with Coxsackie B_(3m) virus.
