目前在中成药口服液的澄清处理上普遍采用的是静置沉降、绒布袋过滤和板框压滤。这些方法对含粘度大、颗粒较细的杂质的药液显得较为困难,过滤时损耗大、耗时也多。我们采用大容量离心沉淀机过滤中药煎液,取得满意效果。一、样品与设备 1.离心沉淀机:型号LXJ-Ⅱ,上海医用分析仪器厂。 2.祥品:人参、白术、砂仁三味之水煎汁,比重=1.06～1.08,静置3～4天。二、操作将样品上清液用离心沉淀机离心得
