[目的]探究气候、土壤条件和品种对烟叶腺毛分泌物的影响。[方法]在贵州省开阳龙岗、威宁和天柱三地,选择云烟85烤烟品种,分下中上3个部位采取成熟鲜叶,用二氯甲烷提取叶表面物质进行分析检测。[结果]气候条件对烟叶腺毛分泌物主要成分含量差异明显。天柱烟叶腺毛分泌物主要成分含量明显高于威宁和龙岗,天柱与龙岗主要腺毛分泌物总量差异达到最著水平;土壤条件对烟叶腺毛分泌物含量影响较大,龙岗土壤上烟叶腺毛分泌物含量最高,天柱土次之,威宁土最低。在不同气候条件下,各种土壤上烟叶腺毛分泌物含量不一致,说明气候和土壤间存在一定的互作。在龙岗点选取不同品种鲜叶分析检测表明,品种间鲜叶腺毛分泌物含量亦存在较大差异,南江3号最低,K326次低,贵烟201较高,云烟85最高。云烟85鲜叶腺毛分泌物含量是南江3号烟叶含量2倍多。[结论]气候、土壤和品种对烟叶腺毛分泌物含量的影响程度依次为气候>品种>土壤。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of climate, soil conditions and varieties on glandular hairs secretions. [Method] Three varieties of Yunyan 85 flue-cured tobacco were selected in Kaiyang Longgang, Weining and Tianzhu of Guizhou Province. Fresh leaf was divided into upper and middle parts and the leaf surface was extracted with dichloromethane for analysis and detection. [Result] The climatic conditions had obvious differences on the main components of the glandular hairs secretions. The contents of the main components of the glandular hair secretions of Tianzhu were significantly higher than those of Weining and Longgang. The differences of total glandular trichomes secretion between Tianzhu and Longgang reached the maximum level. Soil conditions had a significant effect on the contents of glandular trichomes, On the tobacco leaf glandular hair secretions content highest, followed by the soil column, Weining soil lowest. Under different climatic conditions, the content of glandular trichomes on various soil is inconsistent, indicating that there is some interaction between climate and soil. The results showed that there was a big difference in the contents of fresh glandular trichomes among the cultivars, with the lowest in Nanjiang 3, the lowest in K326, the highest in No. 201 and the highest in Yunyan85. Yunyan 85 fresh leaves glandular hair secretions content is more than 2 times the amount of tobacco in Nanjiang 3. [Conclusion] The effects of climate, soil and variety on the contents of glandular hairs secreted by tobacco were climate> variety> soil.
