从中国规模化畜禽场大中型沼气工程的发展历程 ,引发出了能源环保工程的概念 ,提出畜禽场粪污的防治必须使治理和利用相结合 ,养殖业与种植业相结合 ,并以畜禽粪便的厌氧消化为主要技术环节。在分析目前规模化、商业化开展能环工程所存在的障碍基础上 ,以海南省罗牛山地区猪场能环工程可行性研究为案例 ,分析了能环工程商业化发展的可能模式
The development of large-scale biogas projects in China’s large-scale livestock and poultry farm has led to the concept of energy and environmental protection projects. It is suggested that the prevention and control of livestock and poultry farm excrement should be a combination of management and utilization. The combination of aquaculture and planting should be based on Anaerobic digestion of livestock manure as the main technical aspects. Based on the analysis of the current problems of scale-up and commercialization of energy-conservation projects, a case study on the energy-efficiency projects of pig-farm energy conservation project in Luoniushan area of Hainan Province was taken as an example to analyze the possible modes of commercialization of energy-conservation projects
