目的 探索89Sr 韧致辐射显像的最佳采集因子。方法 以2 个相同规格分别装有约14-8 MBq 的89Sr及99mTc 液体的玻璃瓶为模型,用Philips SPECT 及Elscint 双头SPECT在不同条件下进行测试或显像。结果 89Sr韧致辐射的能谱为一连续曲线,主能峰约为79keV,适当范围能窗并配以针孔、发散型、中能或高能平行孔准直器时即可获得信/ 噪比及灵敏度均较高的理想图像。另外,有必要对原始资料进行衰减校正。结论 利用韧致辐射是能够对89Sr 纯β体成像的。
Objective To explore the best acquisition factor of 89Sr bremsstrahlung imaging. Methods Two glass bottles with the same specifications of 89Sr and 99mTc containing about 14-8 MBq respectively were used as models and were tested or visualized under different conditions with Philips SPECT and Elscint double-head SPECT. Results The energy spectrum of 89Sr bremsstrahlung is a continuous curve, the main energy peak is about 79 keV, the signal / noise ratio can be obtained when the energy window of the proper range is matched with pinhole, divergent, medium energy or high energy collimated hole collimator And high sensitivity of the ideal image. In addition, it is necessary to do attenuation correction of the original data. Conclusions The use of bremsstrahlung is capable of imaging 89Sr pure β.
