我市自1976年以来生产了用页岩陶粒作粗骨料,膨胀珍珠岩作细骨料即粗细骨料都是轻质材料的全轻混凝土。它自重轻,比强值高,同时具有保温、隔音、抗渗和对抗震有利等多种功能。目前我们应用的全轻混凝土,容重小于1200公斤/米~3,比普通混凝土轻1/2上,比砖轻1/3以上,如用于住宅建筑可使建筑物自重减轻30～50%。
In the city since 1976, shale ceramsite has been used as coarse aggregate, and expanded perlite has been used as fine aggregate, that is, lightweight and light-weight concrete. It is light weight, higher than strong value, and has many functions such as heat preservation, sound insulation, impermeability, and anti-vibration. At present, we use all-light concrete with a bulk density of less than 1200 kg/m3, which is 1/2 lighter than ordinary concrete and 1/3 lighter than bricks. If used in residential buildings, the weight of the building can be reduced by 30 to 50%.
