预应力混凝土薄板即永久性预应力混凝土模板。它既是永久性混凝土底模,又是楼板结构的一部分,从而形成现浇与预制相结合的楼板体系。这种楼板结构体系整体性好,施工简便,可缩短工期,节约木材,因此有较好的技术经济效果。1980年下半年我厂配合北京市建筑工程研究所进行了预应力混凝土薄板叠合楼板的试制试验工作,现将其生产工艺及体会简述如下。
Prestressed concrete sheet is a permanent prestressed concrete formwork. It is not only a permanent concrete bottom mold but also a part of the floor structure, thus forming a floor system combining cast-in-place and prefabricated. This kind of floor structure system has good integrity, simple construction, can shorten the construction period and save wood, so it has good technical and economic effects. In the second half of 1980, our factory cooperated with Beijing Institute of Building Engineering to carry out the trial production of prestressed concrete thin-plate superposed floors. Now we briefly describe the production process and experience as follows.
