系统动态学模型在获得承认的过程中常常遇到颇大困难,本文讨论其原因,并提出几个克服困难的办法。用模机构内部对模型抵制常由如下原因所造成:对建模者能力信任不足,不知模型的有效性,文化背景不同,害怕失权,以及过去用模时留下的消极经验。至于涉及广泛公众利益问题的特殊模型,则本文提出一项建议,即如何设计某种信息交流策略,为模型或模型结论获取承认。 The system dynamics model often encounters considerable difficulties in gaining recognition. This article discusses its causes and suggests several ways to overcome the difficulties. Mold-based internal resistance to the model often caused by the following reasons: lack of trust in the ability of modelers, I do not know the effectiveness of the model, the different cultural backgrounds, the loss of power and the negative experience left in the mold. As for the special model involving a wide range of public interest issues, this article proposes a proposal on how to devise some kind of communication strategy to gain recognition for models or model conclusions.
