他汀类药物除了其调脂主导作用外,近期研究发现还具有不依赖于其降血脂特性的非调脂抗动脉粥样硬化作用如抑制血管平滑肌细咆增殖与迁移、改善内皮功能、抗炎症反应和稳定斑块等多向性效应。本文对他汀类药物非调脂作用机制的最新研究进展作一综述。
