患儿杨某,女,2岁2个月。于1979年1月24日发病。高热39℃～40℃,并阵发性抽搐6次。曾用非那根、氯丙嗪各12.5毫克肌注1次、青霉素40万单位肌注1次,当日急诊入院。入院时体温39℃、脉搏120次、呼吸30次。病儿处于嗜睡状态,颈软,胸腹部检查阴性,病理反射未引出。右侧腮腺肿大如蚕豆,压痛明显,双侧腮腺管口红肿。白细胞15,200,中性83%,淋巴15%,酸性2%。

Sick child drowsiness, neck soft, chest and abdomen examination negative, pathological reflex did not lead. Right parotid swollen, such as broad beans, tenderness, bilateral parotid duct swelling. WBC 15,200, Neutral 83%, Lymph 15%, Acid 2%.
