目的:比较富硒北虫草和普通北虫草的总硒含量、无机硒含量和有机硒含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定富硒北虫草和普通北虫草的总硒含量和无机硒含量,然后通过计算得出有机硒含量。结果:富硒北虫草中总硒含量高于普通北虫草70倍左右,而有机硒含量则大约是普通北虫草的100倍,且富硒北虫草中有机硒含量为总硒含量的97%左右。结论:鞍山华宇生物科技有限公司开发的富硒北虫草中有机硒的含量明显高于普通北虫草,具有良好的使用前景。
Objective: To compare the total selenium content, inorganic selenium content and organic selenium content of Se-enriched Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps militaris. Methods: The total selenium content and inorganic selenium content of Se-enriched Cordyceps militaris and that of Cordyceps militaris were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, then the organic selenium content was calculated. Results: The content of total selenium in Se-enriched Cordyceps militaris was about 70 times higher than that of Cordyceps militaris, while the content of organic selenium was about 100 times that of Cordyceps militaris, and the content of organic selenium in Se-enriched Cordyceps was about 97% of the total selenium content . Conclusion: The content of organic selenium in Se-enriched Cordyceps militaris developed by Anshan Huayu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is obviously higher than that of common Cordyceps militaris, which has a good prospect of using.
