一九六三年,我省工业、交通、基本建设战线上的广大职工,在党中央和毛主席的领导下,继续高举社会主义建设总路线、大跃进、人民公社三面红旗,认真贯彻执行党的以农业为基础,以工业为主导的发展国民经济的总方针,继续贯彻执行党的调整、巩固、充实、提高的方针,结合社会主义教育,在全省范围内进一步开展了增产节约运动。由于党的正确领导和广大职工群众的努力,在一九六三年,我省的企业管理工作有了很大改进,各项技术经济指标,稳步上升,有力地保证了国家计划和增产节约任务的胜利完成,使我省的工业生产和全国一样,开始出现了全面好转的形势。
