硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PU)用于冷库保温工程施工规程(试行)

国内贸易工程设计研究院自上世纪70年代初开始试验并推广硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料用于冷库保温工程,经过近40年的不懈努力,在国家相关政策和国内外同行的支持下,此项技术现已在全国得到广泛应用。同时,该院也在此类工程的设计、施工、监理实践中积累了丰富的经验。结合工程实践,国内贸易工程设计研究院于1998年制定了“硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PU)用于冷库保温工程施工规程(试行)”的院内技术标准,并分别于2001年、2005年进行了修订。2006年, 《喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料》国家标准(GB/T20219-2006)发布。在此标准的基础上,国内贸易工程设计研究院于2010年重新修订了其院内技术标准。重新修订后的院内标准作为对国家标准(GB/T20219-2006)的补充,进一步规范了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料用于冷库保温工程施工的全过程,对保证工程质量,消除火灾隐患起到了积极作用,得到了业界的普遍好评。经国内贸易工程设计研究院同意,现将该院2010年版“硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PU)用于冷库保温工程施工规程(试行)”介绍给广大读者,愿能为大家的工作提供一点帮助。上述规程主要起草人王书元先生简介:国内贸易工程设计研究院顾问总工程师、教授级高工、国家特殊津贴专家、中国国际工程咨询公司专家委员会委员、国家发改委评审中心专家。其主持的多个大型项目获得过国家银质奖或及省部级一等奖,主持编写过《冷藏库建筑施工及验收规范》等多部国家标准,是推广硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料用于冷库保温的先行者。 Domestic Trade Engineering Design and Research Institute since the early 70s of last century began to test and promote rigid polyurethane foam insulation for cold storage projects, after nearly 40 years of unremitting efforts in the national policy and the support of domestic and foreign counterparts, the technology Now widely used throughout the country.
