鞍钢180吨转炉设备设计是在消化、移植国外切实可行的先进技术与总结以往设计经验的基础上进行的开发性设计。设计中采用了全悬挂四点啮合柔性传动的转炉倾动装置,整体焊接、通水冷却、吊挂式三点支承结构型式的托圈,从动侧耳轴铰链支承座,两车双升降传动的吹氧装置,横移台车式付枪装置,活动烟罩液压提升和开出装置,R-D调节阀,φ1800三通切换阀,φ1800水封逆止阀,适于上修炉的大型机械化修炉装置等多项新技术,从而使整个装备水平向世界水平跨进了一大步。本文对上述装置进行了简介。
