碳化硅质捣打料是用于高炉水冷壁(代替砖砌)和填充各种砌缝的一种不定形耐火材料。在高炉中使用这种捣打料的优点:施工方便,可以在不同部位捣固成各种形状;经捣固后的捣打料具有一定强度,抗热震性好,抗腐蚀,耐火度高(大于1700℃)等。由钢铁研究总院研制,唐山特殊耐火器材厂生产的碳化硅质捣打料,1985年在鞍钢6号高炉使用
Silicon carbide ramming material is used for blast furnace water wall (instead of brickwork) and fill a variety of puzzle seam of an amorphous refractory material. Advantages of using this ramming material in the blast furnace: Convenient construction, can be stamped into various shapes in different parts; after tamping the ramming material has a certain strength, good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, high refractoriness (More than 1700 ℃) and so on.
