病历摘要患孩男性,7岁,高鹤县人。因发热二天伴头痛、呕吐、抽搐一次于1972年7月10日入院。患孩于入院前二天突然出现发热、头痛、呕吐一次在××卫生院诊治,经服药后症状不见减轻,体温持续升高,今日体温达40℃,喷射性呕吐4次,在1小时前突然抽搐,双手握拳、两眼上翻、不省人事,持续约2分钟自行缓解,因病情逐渐加重转来我院急诊,拟为化脓性脑膜炎收入院。起病后从无咳嗽,大小便正常。
