美《医学世界新闻》第22卷第12期第37页(1981年)报道芝加哥消息:在国际前列腺素会议上,伦敦圣玛丽医院的帕迪(B J Pardy)医生报告,英国三家医院用静脉输注前列腺素E_1治疗53名雷诺氏病患者有效,病人的手足溃疡都已痊愈。其中1例因坏疽已决定做手术,由于术前输注前列腺素使病情逆转,从而取消了手术。病人们感到疼痛突然消失,26个病人中有17人的疼痛缓解持续了6个星期,其中有些人缓解达11个月。手指或足趾感染或坏疽的13例病人,经清创和输注前列腺素E_1后,只有1人的溃疡不能愈合而需要截除。波兰克拉科夫市的斯切克利(Szczeklik)
US Medical World News Vol. 22, No. 12, p. 37 (1981) CHICAGO - At the International Prostaglandin conference, Dr. BJ Pardy at St Mary’s Hospital in London reported that three hospitals in the United Kingdom used intravenous Prostaglandin E_1 treatment of 53 patients with Raynaud’s disease effective, patients have been cured of hand-foot ulcers. One case of gangrene has been decided to surgery, due to preoperative infusion of prostaglandins to reverse the condition, thus canceling the operation. The patient felt the pain suddenly disappear, and pain relief in 17 of 26 patients lasted for 6 weeks, some of whom were relieved for up to 11 months. Thirteen patients with finger or toe infection or gangrene had an amputation and infusion of prostaglandin E_1. Only one person had an ulcer that could not heal and needed to be cut off.
