现今,预应力管桩在工程地基处理中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文阐述了预应力管桩复合地基用于处理高速公路软基路段的施工案例,该施工方法施工工艺简单,施工进度快,单桩承载力高,桩身质量可靠,处理深度大,能有效控制工后沉降,防止桥头“跳车”等问题。本文结合预应力管桩的优缺点,扬长避短,做到了高质量、高效率的施工标准,可为同类施工提供了参考作用。
Nowadays, prestressed pipe piles have been more and more widely used in engineering foundation treatment. This paper describes the construction cases of prestressed tubular pile composite foundation for dealing with the soft foundation sections of expressway. The construction method has the advantages of simple construction process, fast construction speed, high bearing capacity of single pile, reliable pile mass, large processing depth and effective control Post-construction settlement, to prevent the bridge “jumped ” and other issues. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of prestressed pipe piles are combined to avoid weaknesses and achieve high quality and high efficiency construction standards, which can provide a reference for similar construction.
