A company in Australia developed the world’s smallest 5-axis controlled laser processing machine called PENTACON. Unit 1 was recently delivered to the Melbourne Auto Works, working 24 hours a day. PENTACON is equipped with a small cutting head that contains vacuum-formed plastic and can cut small, complex shapes. The machine can be numerical control
