2011年10月18日,中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,提出“建设优秀传统文化传承体系”的要求。北京城市学院正是依据这一要求,结合北京的文化特色,决定创设曲艺和工艺美术两个传承非物质文化遗产的专业,以此作为自己承担文化使命的一种体现。
On October 18, 2011, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture, and proposed that “ Excellent traditional culture heritage system ”requirement. Beijing City University is precisely based on this requirement, combined with Beijing’s cultural characteristics, decided to create folk art and arts and crafts heritage of the two intangible cultural heritage as a manifestation of their commitment to cultural mission.
