沈阳有色金属加工厂有四名科学技术档案干部,其中大学毕业一人,中专毕业二人,由描图员培养起来的一人。去年有二人(杨庆丰、郭玉林)由技术员晋升为工程师。他们的晋升,有力地说明在档案工作岗位上,也能享受到和在其它技术岗位同样的待遇与升迁,也能同样得到荣誉。他们的晋升,对于在全厂树立“干一行,爱一行,钻一行”的优良风尚,起了好的作用。
Shenyang non-ferrous metal processing plant has four files of science and technology cadres, including one university graduate, two graduated from secondary school, trained by a tracer figure. Last year, two people (Yang Qingfeng, Guo Yulin) were promoted to engineers by technicians. Their promotion strongly suggests that they can also enjoy the same treatment and promotion as those employed in other technical positions in their archival jobs, as well as their honor. Their promotion has played a good role in setting the fine style of “doing one’s work, one love one line and one drilling line” throughout the plant.
