动态波前相位信息测量是大气光学、气动光学和激光技术等领域的重要实验手段。提出了一种具有高的时间和空间分辨率以及长的测量持续时间的动态波前相位测量方法。应用HartmannShack波前传感器获得高空间分辨率的相位信息,采用高帧频CCD摄象机获得高时间分辨率图象数据。采用实时图象处理器,实时提取局部波前倾斜,从而减少实时数据存储的要求,实现长时间持续测量。介绍了一套实际测量系统的组成、实时图象处理器的结构和实验结果
Dynamic wavefront phase information measurement is an important experimental method in the fields of atmospheric optics, aero-optics and laser technology. A dynamic wavefront phase measurement method with high time and spatial resolution and long measurement duration is proposed. The HartmannShack wavefront sensor is used to obtain the phase information with high spatial resolution, and the high frame rate CCD camera is used to obtain high temporal resolution image data. Using real-time image processor, real-time extraction of local wavefront tilt, thereby reducing the real-time data storage requirements, to achieve long-term continuous measurement.
