作者提取、分离和鉴定了三尖杉属植物Cephalotaxus drupacea Sieb.et Zucc.的叶及树干中的生物碱。从叶中分到8种生物碱(Ⅰ-Ⅷ),树干中分到4种(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ)。碱Ⅱ和碱Ⅲ是对小白鼠有抗癌活性的含酯基生物碱。
The authors extracted, isolated and identified Cephalotaxus drupacea Sieb.et Zucc. Cicerophyte leaves and trunk alkaloids. Eight kinds of alkaloids (Ⅰ-Ⅷ) were separated from the leaves and divided into four kinds (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ and Ⅶ) in the trunk. Base II and base III are antitumor activity in mice containing ester-based alkaloids.
